packaging medium in the world & gradually replacing the
conventional Aluminum collapsible tubes in the market. The Flexible
Laminated tube has glossy finish, aesthetic appeal, even thickness
and very attractive in the appearance after printing and coating.

barrier,lower flatness printing cost and printing conveniences.
★Printing Method:
We have three different print methods you can choose from depending
on the design of your artwork and the way you would like it
displayed on your tubes. We are able to print with all three
methods on one tube so do not feel like you have choose just one
for your design.
1. Offset Print: Up to 9 colors. Use of CMYK/4-Color Process.
Gradient Screens are acceptable. Feels like the ink is impregnated
on the tubes and takes on the finish you have chosen for your
tubes.
2. Silk Screen: Up to 5 colors. When you run your fingers over the
art on the tube it is raised up and will always remain glossy, even
on a matte finish tube.
3. Cold Stamping of Silver/Gold: Slight feel to the touch. Finish
remains glossy with a metallic sheen.

1. When the diameter is set, the tube length can be adjusted. 2.
The chart is only for reference, and capacity and length can be
customized along with the specific diameter of tube. 3. All the
tube length refers to the testing result after sealing, if the
customer need to seal tubes by himself, the tube length should be
increased 5-10 mm.
