Our Printing Ability
Silk Screening
Silk screening is a decorating technique in which ink is
transferred through a screen to the surface. Silk screening can
print up to 3 PMS colors. Each color is applied separately using a
different screen. Silk screening produces more solid color and
raised print which gives packaging a high end and elegant look.
Hot stamping
Hot stamping uses heat pressure to transfer colored foils onto
surface. Hot stamping creates shiny effect with gold, silver or
other color foils to emphasize logo or artwork details.
Offset printing
Offset printing can print up to 6 colors including half-tone and
gradation. Instead of using screens, offset printing uses plates to
transfer ink onto surface. Offset printing is more precise on
multi-color artwork.
Photo printing
Photo printing use CMYK digital printing process to transfer image
onto surface. Photo printing is great with more complex artworks,
pictures and etc.

—Our payment term is T/T in advance,50% deposite against performa
invoice and balance should be paied before shipment.
2,Why is have to be deposite?
—Most of our packaging products are custom made(exclusive
printing),if by any chance the order is canceled, those products
cannot sell to anybody else.
3,What is your packaging products' MOQ?
—Normally plastic tube MOQ:100000pcs per size
Cosmetic tube MOQ:20000pcs per size
4,Do you offer free samples?
—Sure,we are glad to send some samples to you for reference of our
products.For small quantities,we will offer samples with free of
charge.Please advise your speedpost like DHL or FedEx account
numbers to us.Usually we'll send out the samples within 2 working
days if we have stocks.We'll send out samples in 7 working days for
new sampling.
5,What is the usual process to doing packaging business with your
company?
—Artwork approval-sampling-sample approval-production
6,How long samples can be done?
—Usually it takes 10 days for sampling after artwork gets final
approval.
7,How will my product packed during shipping is it safe during long
way shipping?
—We pack them layer by layer and with standard export cartons with
required shipping marked,it will be steady and save.
8,Will you be responsible for any quality issue?
—Yes.We believe quality inspection.But in any case complaints
happen,we will always take it very serious with a responsible
