1. Laminated tubes are printed flat and on an inner layer which will give superb scratch resistance.

2. The PE(Polyethylene film) inner layer acts as a contact barrier between the contents and the aluminum interlayer.

3. Laminated tubes are heat sealed by melting the PE inner membrane.

4. Laminated tubes gives more possibilities for improvements to appearance and functionality.

5. All production processes take place in the 100,000 grade purification plant.

The combination of photogravure inner printing, photo-type surface printing, hot stamping, silk screen printing, exposed aluminum process, VM highlight technology, hollow-out effect, gradient effect, highlight effect,along with other effects work together to bring unmatched design and printing quality to our products.
